Tu4.333 Let's go on diet!


Diet is difficult, but if you do the best, you succeed.
Diet has two key points. Control your calories and aerobic exercise.

Control your calories has different way. For example, a low-carbohydrate diet, without sweet food diet and diet diary. If you want to be slim body, you must not eat too much and should not eat sweet food.

Aerobic exercise is relates to success of diet. Walking, running, swimming and cycling etc, way of exercises are different. It is important for you to continue these exercises every day.

But you must not refuse to eat!! No eating causes sick. So, diet is not refusing eating, but control eating.
